What is a typical working day like for you?

The juggling act between completing accounts, responding to clients and completing other work.

What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?

Understanding the accounting needs of their business.

How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?

Explaining in a manner which makes complicated subjects easy to understand.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Receiving compliments from a client that I’ve helped.

The way they look after all the staff and how there is always someone to help.

What skills do you find most useful to do your job?

The years of knowledge I have built up.

Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?

The beach.

Having two children and navigating them through their early years.

Quiet and calm.

What are you reading/binge watching at the moment?

I hardly watch TV and haven’t read a book since my exams.

My Dad, for always being there and never giving up.
