Aaron Parkinson is an absolute gem of an accountant, and such a nice guy. He spent so much time reviewing my accounts with me over the phone, before they were agreed and finalised. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the service I continue to receive. Highly recommended.
Graham Price
I am extremely impressed with Ben Salisbury and The Accountancy Partnership's service. As a first-time self-assessment client, I was very late submitting my records and felt stressed about the process. Ben's professionalism and approachability was fantastic, he patiently guided me through everything to ensure my accounts were filed on time.

Not sure how to register your new ecommerce business?
Setting up an ecommerce business or becoming an Amazon seller means you’ll be operating online, but you’ll also need to choose a legal structure so you can register with HMRC and pay tax on the profits you make. The two most common business structures are sole trader and limited company, but there are other options, so it can feel overwhelming!
Our team will talk you through everything to help you make the best decision for your needs. You can get in touch using live chat or by phoning us on 020 3355 4047. If you decide to form a limited company we’ll even register you with Companies House, and guide you through the process of registering any directors and shareholders who are involved, saving you up to £120!
What accountancy services will I need for an ecommerce business?
This will vary depending on the structure of your business, but you’ll normally need to submit a tax return so HMRC know how much tax you owe. If your ecommerce business operates as a limited company then you’ll need to file a Company Tax Return, whereas sole traders must send either a Self Assessment or MTD Income Tax return.
It’s why your fee includes essentials like your tax return as standard! We’ll make sure you claim all the expenses you’re entitled to, and help you stay compliant. Some Amazon sellers also need help with VAT, especially if you plan to sell overseas, but this won’t apply to everyone so it’s well worth having a chat with your accountant before deciding anything.

Moving to us from another accountant?
The prospect of transferring all your records from your old accountant can be quite daunting, especially if you’re not too sure what to look out for! We’ll manage the entire process for you, making the transition as smooth and painless as possible.
We’ll contact your old provider directly to request everything we need, and liaise with HMRC to let them know we’re acting on your behalf. Everything will be set up for you, so you can concentrate on telling your new accountant about your ecommerce business!
Additional accounting services for Amazon sellers and ecommerce businesses
Not every business will need every accounting service we offer, so we don’t bundle them together or charge you for support you don’t use. These are available separately for low monthly fees as and when you want them.
VAT Returns
Complete VAT management from registration and tax efficiency, to making VAT submissions.
Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping support tailored to your ecommerce business by your own dedicated bookkeeper.
Payroll
Fully managed payroll, auto-enrolment, and workplace pensions support for employers.
MTD IT Updates
Quarterly MTD Income Tax updates prepared and sent by your dedicated accountant.
