Change can be scary, but switching to a new accountancy firm from another doesn’t have to keep you awake at night (even if that’s what your current accountant wants you to think).
To help you stay focused on your Limited Liability Partnership, we will take care of the entire changeover process for you. To get the ball rolling, we will contact your current accountant and gather the info we need to register with HMRC and act on your behalf.
What accounting services does your LLP need?
Most LLPs will need to prepare and submit year end accounts and a Confirmation Statement, so we include these in your package as standard, along with your partnership tax return, unlimited access to your dedicated accountant, HMRC representation if you ever need it.
LLPs aren’t taxed as an entity, so each partner will pay tax based on their share of any profits. This isn’t taxed at source, so you can add Self Assessment tax returns for £10.00 + VAT per month for the first 2 directors (and then £10.00 + VAT per director after that).
