Hey Paul! Tell us about your business.

SysFix IT Support helps businesses grow, improve productivity and save money through managed IT Services. Many of our clients have moved to us having had a bad experience with other IT companies and because we’re extremely competitive on price.

Unlike other IT solution providers, we’re mature enough to have a wealth of knowledge and experience, yet small enough to still give each of our customers that personal touch.

What drove you to start your business?

Many companies I worked for couldn’t empathise with the end-users, and they were quite cold companies to work with. IT has always lacked that personal touch and I wanted to bring together great expertise with good service.

What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?

At first, bills were high but our client base was small. It took time to create a website good enough to engage with our target audience. After a lot of hard work, we are now one of London’s most prominent IT Service companies.

Have we helped you overcome any challenges, and if so, how?

Assistance from the team has been great. They’ve answered all our questions relating to our accounts queries and have always completed our returns on time.

What do you have planned for your business in future?

We’re looking to take on more clients that will, in turn, allow us to support a young apprentice, and allow us to further develop our web content. We’re looking to help other SMEs in the country to improve their IT function and processes so they too can grow and focus on what they do best!
