A clear fee structure for accounting services
Here at The Accountancy Partnership, we publish all of our fees online, and provide a clear breakdown of exactly what services those fees include.
If you’re shopping around for an accountant at the moment you can get an instant online quote, so if you prefer to do your research before speaking to the team, you can. You don’t have to email or phone anyone, or sit around waiting for a call back.
Brookson One don’t make their fee structure easily available through their website, so it’s difficult for new customers to plan ahead. In most cases you’ll need to submit an online form or request a call back.
Talk to your accountant when you need them
We really love talking to our clients! It’s why your own dedicated accountant will always be available, whenever you need them, so we can help you grow your business.
To make sure you always get good service, every accountant at The Accountancy Partnership is paired up with a ‘buddy’ who can help if your normal accountant is on holiday or unwell. You won’t ever have to wait for the answers you need.

Brookson One focus on providing services which are designed mainly for contractors. Here at The Accountancy Partnership our accountants have centuries of knowledge and experience between them.

How it works with Brookson One
Clients at Brookson One have access to their online account portal, Brookson Connect. You’ll be able to access it through their website, and use it to submit expenses and bookkeeping data to your accountant.
How we do things at The Accountancy Partnership
Every business is different, so at The Accountancy Partnership you can choose which option is best for you and your needs. You can:
- Complete your own bookkeeping yourself, either using Pandle (our own software, which we provide for free), or with any other software you prefer. We won’t restrict you to using our system.
- Or we can complete your bookkeeping for you, from £20.00 per month – so you only pay for what you need.
And if you do decide to use Pandle…
Even if you prefer to do it yourself using Pandle rather than using our bookkeeping service, our team are still here to help. Our in-house bookkeepers are the very same people that operate Pandle support.
From initial set up calls, to our in-app live chat support and product tours, they’ll even review your records on a regular basis – for free, whether or not you use our bookkeeping service. That way we can help you spot any potential issues before they become more serious problems.
To comply with GDPR, all communication with our servers uses a secure 128-bit SSL HTTPS connection. It’s the same technology that your bank uses to encrypt communications on their website.
And of course, to make sure you don’t have the nightmare of data disappearing, Pandle takes regular automated and encrypted backups which are securely transported to Google’s UK data centres.

- If you’re not a contractor: Brookson One might not be for you, so an accountant like The Accountancy Partnership could be just what you need!
- If you are a contractor: Consider whether you’ll need a wider range of accounting services in the future, and how you want to prepare yourself for this.
