What information will I receive when I set up a limited company?

Incorporating a limited company is exciting, but during the registration process you’ll receive all sorts of reference numbers and codes which relate to your business.

The registration numbers that you receive help HMRC and Companies House identify your tax records and business correctly, so you’ll need to keep track of them all in order to submit tax returns and accounts. If you have an accountant, you’ll also need to share this information with them, so they can act on your behalf!
