This month we talk to Estelle Read at Beee.

What’s your name and your role in the company?

My name is Estelle Read and I am the MD and work as an Executive Coach and Trainer.

Tell us about your business

I believe that everyone has the potential to be brilliant. My job is to find and clear up the things that are getting in the way through coaching, and enhance their offering through skills input and training. I work with high potential individuals on a 1-2-1 basis to help them be more personally effective. This can range from Leadership Development, Stress Management, Time Management through to Confidence and Self-Esteem. I use traditional coaching methods along with tools that create automatic change, such as Havening and EFT too.

I also work with groups on either training programmes or more strategically on Vision, Strategy and Values / Culture Change.

What drove you to start the business?

Beee was established in 2005 primarily because I wanted to do the things I enjoyed the most in my day job. I’d been working in HR for 15 years and discovered that there was nothing I loved more than to see an individual or business succeed and so trained and qualified as a Coach.

Why did you choose The Accountancy Partnership?

I was looking for a modern accountancy practice, where I could have an on-line relationship so that I saved time – and I have! I love Pandle. I have also saved money too.

Absolutely! The team at the Accountancy Partnership have been really patient with me as I made the transition to Pandle.

What do you have planned for your business in the future?

I have a variety of personal development programmes in the diary and my usual coaching caseload. However, my exciting projects this year include weekly Vlogging on LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook – you can find me here: @EstelleAtBeee. I’m also writing a book called: Lagom Success – Lagom means ‘just the right amount’ and often my clients either over-do success and become overwhelmed and stressed or under do-success and aren’t living up to their full potential.
