Give an overview of the duties, functions and responsibilities of your job.
Completing tax returns such as self-assessments, VAT returns, and Corporation Tax. I also manage the week to week running of Pandle support including scheduling, chasing reported tickets, and helping users with any type of difficulties they may be having with Pandle.
What is a typical working day like for you?
I spend most of the morning answering emails and reviewing adjustments. Then I spend my lunch with a great group of colleagues and friends chatting, playing pool or on the PlayStation. In the afternoon I get the main crunch of my work done, then spend a short while reviewing my day with my trainer and planning for the next day.
What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?
Avoiding typos in prpfessional emails.

What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?
It’s cliché but it is definitely the people. Everyone is so nice and great.
What skills do you find most useful to do your job?
Time management and organising.
Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?
My Uncle’s home.
