This month we spoke to Jessica Taylor, Client Experience Liaison at The Accountancy Partnership!

Give an overview of the duties, functions and responsibilities of your job

Resolving any concerns or complaints our clients have, improve communication, replying to reviews and feedback forms.

What is a typical working day like for you?

Firstly, I like to make sure all of the office dogs have been given a treat. I will then work on any open complaints by working with the different departments, any calls that I may have booked in with a client, and responding to our reviews.

What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?

Miscommunication.

What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?

Being unsure what information is needed and when, and where to find it!

How are you able to use your skills to solve them

I have good listening skills, I am a positive person and I like to make sure our clients have the best experience possible.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Working with wonderful people. Problem solving and always learning new things.

What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?

Our work Family (including all of our office dogs).

What skills do you find most useful to do your job?

Being patient and listening.

Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?

The woods or the beach with Dolly (my border collie)

Tell us your proudest achievement

Becoming (the best) auntie to my amazing nieces and nephews. Also the day I brought my gorgeous dog to her forever home.

How would your colleagues describe you?

Clumsy.

What are you reading/binge watching at the moment?

Criminal Minds.

Who do you admire, and why?

My mum. She was so hard working, strong and inspiring.

What question would you really like to answer, and what’s the answer?!

Should your dog be allowed in the bed? Absolutely, Dolly has her own pillow.
