My day usually consists of emails, answering phones, calling clients for our onboarding process, following up for professional clearance and processing codes.
Every day is different at TAP, however I always start my morning by making a coffee, answering client emails and completing any checks I have to do. In the afternoon I will call clients, finish my emails and hand out post to our accountants.
The amount of codes and reference numbers that clients need can be overwhelming. Our onboarding calls can be useful for this as we break everything down so the client understands what everything means, and what information they need to pass on to us.
I have good time management and always complete my workload each day.
The fact that every day is different and knowing that each day you will have a new challenge.
We often get surprises such as having pancakes made for us on pancake day, advent calendars for Christmas, and treats for completing our busiest periods.
Being organised, having good time management, being able to multi-task and knowing what to prioritise.
Shopping centres and visiting my friends in St Helens.
After asking this out loud they responded- hard worker, very infectious laugh and a girl with many special interests.
I am currently watching American Horror Story. I love anything horror based!
