Our team help to support clients with any additional queries they may have, pointing them in the direction of the correct department or resolving any concerns they may have on their account.

What is a typical working day like for you?

I start by checking and replying to any emails that I’ve received over night, then reach out to any clients who have queries or have raised concerns.

What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?

Miscommunication.

What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?

I would say understanding what information we require from them at the start of their journey and how we work, as this can be overwhelming and confusing for clients when they sign up.

How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?

By effectively listening to clients to understand their concerns and using my communication skills to convey what can be done to solve them.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Working on something different each day.

What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?

The people and the smoothies!

What skills do you find most useful to do your job?

I think being able to speak to everyone is a really useful as my role involves speaking to lots of different people.

Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?

Anfield or anywhere in the sun.

Tell us about your proudest achievement.

I’d say graduating university with a 2.1.

Laid back and friendly from Jess, I’ll take that. Don’t think I can include what Andy said.

What are you reading/binge watching at the moment?

I’ve just finished binging Yellowstone.

Who do you admire, and why?

Definitely my mum, she’s an inspirational person.
