Responding to emails, answering phones, helping clients onboard with our company.

Using external services, such as the verification process.

Research more into Companies House and the verification process, so I can guide clients confidently.

Post/responding to emails.

The people I work with, it feels like a team. Pressure feels less uncomfortable knowing you can approach others.

Knowledge on what we do, communication.

Anywhere with family/friends.
