I prepare accounts, complete bookkeeping, assist with tax returns and VAT returns, and communicate with clients.
What is a typical working day like for you?
Every day is different. I usually work on client accounts, bookkeeping, tax returns and responding to client queries.
What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?
Dealing with missing information from clients and making sure accounts are accurate and completed on time.
What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?
Keeping their financial records organised, understanding tax requirements and meeting deadlines.
How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?
By paying attention to detail, identifying issues and helping clients keep their accounts accurate and up to date.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Learning new skills, overcoming challenges and seeing the finished result of my work.
