Answering client queries over the phone and via email, organising and sending post, processing authorisation codes and Anti-Money Laundering checks, and registering clients for Payroll schemes.
I usually begin with a coffee then spend a couple of hours on emails. I then look to see what tasks I have to do that day. Although each day is different, I tend to organise my post in the morning, then complete whatever other tasks I have to do in the afternoon (this can very from completing AML checks, doing PAYE Registrations for clients, and sorting through client reassignments).

Getting their head around the information we send them during the onboarding process and understanding the various codes that are required can sometimes be challenging for clients.
I can be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to emails, so I will take my time to explain things thoroughly and clearly.
