Give an overview of the duties, functions and responsibilities of your job.
I deal with getting clients set up with TAP by doing onboarding calls explaining what codes are needed, as well as doing AML checks with every client and making sure each has a clear understanding of everything we do.
What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?
Companies House being slow and crashing at times.
How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for your clients?
Being trained by our team has helped me understand what is involved day to day in having a company or being a sole trader.
What is your favourite part of the job?
The staff quarterly and being to help clients to my best ability.

I love to go away with friends and family abroad.
