Give an overview of the duties, functions and responsibilities of your job.
My job role consists of answering client queries over calls and emails, requesting agent authorisation, and helping clients with the onboarding process and some payroll duties.
What is a typical working day like for you?
I usually start by checking our Junior Calendar to see which jobs need to be done that day and will move on to answering my emails. Throughout the day I am typically answering client calls and completing any tasks that I have been asked to do.
What is your favourite part of the job?
My favourite part of the job is the people I get to meet. Whether that be my colleagues or the clients, I enjoy the interactions I have.
What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?
The culture that the company creates. The staff are all supportive and create a positive environment to work in.
What skills do you find most useful to do your job?
I think my communication skills are most useful. Being able to advise clients correctly and reassure them and communicate with my colleagues effectively.
Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?
I like to see where the wind takes me. Some days off it will be the local Morrisons, some days it’s Cyprus. I’m a free soul like that.
How would your colleagues describe you?
My colleagues would describe me as confident and funny, and also probably a baby due to my age.
What are you reading/binge watching at the moment?
The Queen’s Gambit.
