Give an overview of the duties, functions, and responsibilities of your job.

Answering client queries over the phone and via email, organising and sending post, processing authorisation codes and Anti-Money Laundering checks, and registering clients for Payroll schemes.

What is a typical working day like for you?

I start the day by answering any emails from the night before and making a list of things I need to do that day. Depending on the phones, I usually organise my post in the morning and spend the afternoon doing various other tasks (such as onboarding calls, PAYE registrations, and so on).

What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?

The never-ending mountains of post!

What is your favourite part of the job?

The friends I have made and our weekly visits to the local bakery.

What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?

My colleagues and the quarterly nights out.

What skills do you find most useful to do your job?

Being organised and working well under pressure. You also need to be able to communicate and work well in a team as we all help each other.

Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?

I love to go on a walk to Leasowe beach and get a hot chocolate.

Winning the X-Factor in my Brownies group even though I can’t sing!

My family and sisters because they do a lot for me.
