maxpotenti is a specialist business growth consultancy, working primarily within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. We support and guide ambitious business owners in the 3 key areas of business strategy; implementing effective marketing, and recruiting and developing engaged people. We are expert practitioners in these areas, and are accredited by several globally successful organisations to use their world-class analytical and business building processes.
Working on business strategy, we help business owners redefine their purpose, clarify their ultimate objectives and work with them to develop a realistic plan to achieve their goals.
We are passionate about an individual’s need to be enjoying the work they do, and we support clients to improve their recruiting, development and training to help build high-performance individuals and teams; our unique approach to employee engagement helps business owners truly understand how to develop a fully engaged group of people
What drove you to start the business?
Following a successful senior level career within the global automotive industry, I spent 12 years working with independent healthcare providers, developing and leading the UK’s only university accredited dental practice management course, and supporting individual providers in operating fit-for-purpose businesses and practices.
I founded maxpotenti in 2014 to provide business development services to other sectors, and now focus primarily on engineering and manufacturing businesses.
I’m passionate about putting people at the heart of successful business and my prior experience in developing key joint ventures, leading effective business and product strategy teams, and driving significant acquisitions, provides an excellent background of achievement to help our new clients create more effective growth businesses.
Why did you choose The Accountancy Partnership?
Expertise, service and responsiveness! We moved both businesses to The Accountancy Partnership in 2015, following a review of alternative accountancy service providers. We were impressed with their responsiveness and engagement with enquiries by email and phone, and subsequently by the expertise and advice from our accountant, Lisa. Switching was relatively pain-free, and the subsequent switch from Kashflow to Pandle has also been beneficial.

What do you have planned for your business in the future?
Significant growth, following the acquisition of new clients in each of our 3 key service areas, and supported by implementing new business Growth Clubs for businesses with turnover between £250k and £5 million.
