What is a typical working day like for you?
I usually begin the day by responding to any emails received from clients. I then plan my day prioritising any work that is urgent and answer any client queries that come in during the day.
What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?
Clients in the first year of trading who didn’t know about payments on account, and what are allowable and disallowable expenses.
How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?
I find that having good communication skills goes a long way to solving problems.
What is your favourite part of the job?
I have made some great friends.
What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?
Being part of our team.
What skills do you find most useful to do your job?
Organisation skills in order to get jobs done quickly and efficiently. Especially to meet deadlines.
Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?
Any place with my daughter – she loves Nando’s!
