I’m a floater! I help out with sales admin in the mornings and then after this I help whichever department needs me.

What is a typical working day like for you?

Every day is different for me! Due to helping out different departments, no two days are the same.

What particular challenges do you regularly encounter?

Being on hold with HMRC for a while!

What are some of the biggest challenges faced by your clients?

Starting up a new business can be very daunting, so we aim to make this as easy as possible for them.

How are you able to use your skills to solve problems for them?

We have all been new to something once! So, I put myself in their shoes, and try to put them at ease.

What is your favourite part of the job?

My favourite part of my job is getting to help out the different departments, so I get to speak to all the staff.

What do you like most about working for The Accountancy Partnership?

The company really looks after us, they value their employees.

What skills do you find most useful to do your job?

I pick tasks up really quickly, and this helps me massively when helping out the different departments.

Where’s your favourite place to visit on days off?

A private hire field with my dog!

My proudest achievement is buying a house!

How would your colleagues describe you?

I think my colleagues would describe me as a very calm, helpful and hardworking member of staff.

What are you reading/binge watching at the moment?

I love Coronation Street!

Who do you admire, and why?

I admire veterinary surgeons as I feel that their job is so hard in every aspect.

What question would you really like to answer, and what’s the answer?!

Which orange came first, the colour or the fruit? Definitely the colour!
