What drove you to start your business?
I am a seasoned leader in the video games industry with over three decades of experience, having held director positions at an independent game developer and Criterion, an Electronic Arts Studio.
During my tenure at Criterion, I championed values-driven development and mentored leaders based on my innovative Liberated Leadership model.
In 2023, I embarked on a new venture by founding The GamePlan Consultancy, leveraging my extensive expertise and passion for Liberated Leadership.
The GamePlan Consultancy is dedicated to tailoring services to meet the unique needs of businesses and their people.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
Moving from team to solo operator, as well as establishing a type of consultancy that is relatively unique to the industry.
