Hey Hayden! Tell us about your business
Our team of skilled craftsmen can restore your shoes to their former glory, no matter how worn out they are. From cleaning and conditioning to repairing and resoling, we use only the finest materials and techniques to ensure the highest quality results.
Whether it’s a pair of dress shoes that need a new sole, or your favourite sneakers that need a deep clean, we can do it all. We understand the sentimental value that shoes can hold and treat each pair with the care and attention they deserve.
What drove you to start your business?
Just a passion for all types of footwear and a desire to do something of my own.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
I’d say the worry of meeting every customer’s satisfaction levels has and always will be number one, but in the early days I committed a lot of time working 12 hours then doing shoes after work and giving up time with family but thankfully I have a great balance now.
