What drove you to start your business?
After 20 years working between a major regulator and senior industry roles, consultancy looked to be the way forward.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
The ball got rolling fast due to industry connections. Challenges related more to business development processes.

What do you have planned for your business in the future?
Expansion is the way forward. I am now taking on staff and consultants to expand services.
