With just days to go to Christmas, of course you’ve found time to touch base with your customers and wish them a wonderful festive season. Your Christmas card is already adorning their noticeboard and if it’s not, that’s because it’s in the post – and about to drop through their letterbox at any moment, covering the desk of the lucky recipient in glitter.
No? Shame on you! It’s time to leap into action. Nobody likes a Small Business Scrooge, so prove you know ‘how to keep Christmas well’!
Pop a Card in the Post – even if you’re short of time and didn’t get round to getting Christmas cards printed, you can still grab a decent pack of cards and handwrite some, even if it’s just to your most loyal customers. Got a few left over? Target your most promising new customers.
Send a Festive Email – if you have a large customer base, this can be the most practical and cost-effective solution. Make the effort to make your email festive with a suitable background or special email signature and send an appreciative email to your customers. It’s quick to do and you can reach all your customers without worrying about postal prices and delays.

Now off you go to spread some Christmas joy. Ho Ho Ho!
